Please note that there is a damage deposit of 250 euro that is paid in advance to the accommodation. The electricity fee is charged extra against a fee of 0.40 euroKW. The cost of the electricity will be deducted from the damage deposit. If there is no damage, the remaining damage deposit after deducting the electricity costs will be returned through bank transfer to the guests.
If the guest wants to use the EV charger for the electric car, they buy a charging credit for 10 euros per day. The actual charging costs will be deducted from the paid charging credit.
Between May and September (when opened) we offer daily access for max. 4 persons to the next-door Aquarena pool at 70 euros per week or 10 euros per day.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
