A free ski bus stops in front of the house and continues to the Monte Popolo Cable Car, a 5-minute drive away, and the Flachau Ski Region, a 10-minute drive away. In summer, hiking and mountain bike trails start right outside.
All apartments were renovated in 2015 and have modern furnishings, a living room with a seating area and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, dishwasher, oven and coffee maker, and a bathroom. WiFi access is available free of charge.
